Terms of Service for Music Legacy Recording Studios
Effective Date: January 1st, 2025
By booking a session or purchasing a package with Music Legacy Recording Studios, you agree to the following terms:
Booking and Payment:
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Payment plans are available; full payment is due at least 2 weeks before your scheduled session (for Stay and Record Packages) or before production begins (for Remote Packages).
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel, we offer studio credit toward a future session.
Rescheduling is available based on availability and requires at least 7 days’ notice.
Guest Policy:
Guests must be approved in advance.
Additional guest fees may apply. Disruptive guests may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
Use of Studio and BnB:
Food and drinks must be kept away from studio equipment.
Smoking is permitted outside only. No illegal substances are allowed on the property.
Intellectual Property:
Artists retain full rights and ownership of their music, recordings, and lyrics created during their booked sessions.
Music Legacy Recording Studios retains the right to use anonymized project footage for marketing with client permission only.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to the studio or BnB.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
